A Proclamation of World Laughter Day in Topeka, Kansas from the Mayor will be presented at the City Council Meeting at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, April 28, 2009.

Certified Laughter Leader, Maggie Kelley, will appear with Ralph Hipp on CBS Channel 13 (WIBW-TV) at 4:00 pm celebrating her 6th annual World Laughter Day.

On Sunday, May 3, a celebration, including bubbles for everyone, will be held at 12:15 (after church service) at Unity Church of Christianity at 9126 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, Kansas

1. Virginia Laughter Lovers Club (Since 2003) meets every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 6:00 PM.
